How payments work
Tuition and school fees are invoiced each academic term. Here’s what to expect.
Application Fee
¥11,000
One-time, non-refundable. A Square payment link is sent by your admissions counselor and must be paid to process your application.
Invoiced Each Term
Fees include a one-time admission fee, tuition for credits enrolled, annual student fees, and program-based miscellaneous fees.
Payment Methods
Tuition and school fees are paid by bank wire transfer each term. Textbook, testing, and application fees also have online payment options.

Tuition & Facilities Fees (per academic term)
- Tuition is based on the number of credits you take
- Each credit = ¥70,000
- A full-time student takes 6 credits per term
- Facilities Fee: ¥88,000 per term

Annual Student Fees
Required each year to support student services and campus activities:
- Student Government Association (SGA) Fee — ¥11,000
- General Activities Fee — ¥22,000
Total: ¥33,000 per academic year
Charged in the first term of enrollment and every summer term.
